Stephen ‘Scully’ Scullion
Scully is a retired Royal Marine Officer with 25 years experience in Strategic and Operational planning and Logistical Support. He can successfully plan and co-ordinate multiple tasks against demanding timelines within a multi-disciplined organisation which makes him ideal for the role of an ATD Event Manager.
An experienced and reliable communicator and team builder, he motivates not just the ATD teams but also the participants. Anyone that has been on an event with him will agree he promotes a great working environment. His innovative approach, practicality and resourcefulness means any issue or obstacle that occurs anywhere during event planning or delivery will be resolved. His high standards, integrity and capacity for fun make him a key part of the Across the Divide family.
In his spare time, Scully is a water baby who loves nothing more than being out on the ocean. As a founder member of the Royal Navy Royal Marines Kitesurfing Association, he will be out on his board whenever the wind is in the right direction!
