Kate Cahn
Kate joined Across the Divide in 2013 and has over 12 years corporate experience with IBM where she ran international implementation projects. Her last two years were as a senior manager running the IBM account for the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and South Africa. Responsibilities included the customer satisfaction of 50,000 IBM employees which means Kate is well placed to ensure the happiness of ATD’s clients!
Kate made some major lifestyle choices when she left IBM, moved to West Dorset 14 years ago with her husband, got a dog and had her daughter. The opportunity arose to join ATD and she has never looked back, proud to be part of an organisation that facilitates so much fund-raising for charity.
Kate’s strengths are in her organisational and relationship skills, applying her extensive project management experience to all elements of the business. However, Kate can also be found on events doing whatever needs doing from client and supplier liaison to driving a van to cheering on the participants. She is passionate about making every event exactly what the client wants.
