Ian McLaughlin

Ian has significant experience of delivering challenge events and community based projects. He has been involved with Across the Divide from the very beginning of its journey and is currently responsible for leading a number of events in the UK and overseas. Recent events include MS Amlin iCAL project in Namibia, nPower Future Leaders in Brazil and Skanska team events in both the UK and Sweden.

He specialises in working with our clients to help them identify the event aims and objectives.  A keen eye for detail and proven project management expertise, Ian ensures that all project preparation is done to the highest standard. Ian has enjoyed a varied background that includes roles within youth development charities, Raleigh International and The Prince’s Trust. Through his management training work, Ian has delivered programmes and events for over 70 corporate clients.
