ACROSS THE DIVIDE Charity Fundraising Events

The highs, the lows, the blistered toes... but we'll do it all again! Alan Moynihan from The Highlifers Team - Oxfam Ireland Trailtrekker 2009
In this section you'll find a list of events we are organising on behalf of our charity partners. These events are run by us and staffed by us so you'll see our fantastic medics, guides and expedition leaders at the airport and/or in country. If you choose to participate in one of these fantastic events you will need to fundraise for that chosen charity, so you will therefore need to book directly with them. If you wish to raise funds for the charity of your choice why not choose one of our Just Events?
Across the Divide has a long and enviable heritage as a provider of some of the most innovative and thoroughly planned charity challenges. Over the past decade Across the Divide has facilitated the raising of in excess of £43 million. Through its mix of fundraising solutions, Across the Divide and its participants help to raise over £4 million per annum for charities both large and small, for charities in the UK and Ireland and for charities further afield.
Starting with its first charity treks to Morocco and Central Asia, Across the Divide’s fundraising product range has expanded to include charity dog sledding, fundraising bike rides, multisport challenges and charity projects in some of the world’s most remarkable countries. All Across the Divide’s overseas charity challenges are accompanied by experienced charity challenge leaders and expedition doctors, most of whom have completed one of the gold standard Expedition and Wilderness Medicine Training Courses
More locally, in the UK and Ireland, Across the Divide offers a wide range of charity bike rides, charity walks and adventure races in partnership with charities both large and small and through its own brand of ‘Just’ events’ ( formally known as Open Events). Our flagship event is ‘Just Walk’ a stunning walk in the South Downs, with a variety of distances to choose from.
