Our China fundraising challenge offers a truly unique experience. Not only is it a chance to visit one of the world's most impressive historical sites but also, as a result of our local contacts, it offers a rare opportunity to trek and camp in a remote part of rural China and to experience local life in its most unspoilt state. Aside from the spectacular scenery of the Great Wall and the surrounding countryside, one of the most rewarding aspects of this charity trek is the ability to experience the warmth and enthusiasm of the Chinese people.
Expedition & Wilderness Medicine - Lake District22 March 2010 to 25 March 2010 Expeditions
The aim of the Expedition Medicine and Wilderness Medicine Course is to provide aspiring and experienced expedition doctors, nurses, paramedics and advanced medics with the skills and practical knowledge to become valuable members of an expedition team. The UK expedition medicine course is intensive and thorough, drawing on the wealth of skills within the Expedition Medicine faculty.

Charity Dog Sledding over 200 kilometres from our base camp into the wilds of the most northern European country of Norway, this charity dog sledding event proves to be amazing adventure challenge for many participants. With temperatures falling as low as -30oC the bond between man and dog becomes essential, and the real essence of teamwork is truly tested in this hostile arctic environment.

Our adventure starts in Hanoi, a city rapidly developing under the recently accepted market economy and moves into the northern western highlands, with spectacular mountain scenery, and populated by the ethnic hill tribes that make up 10 of Vietnam’s population. Our ride will take in some of the most stunning scenery that Vietnam has to offer, visit sites of historical significance, as well as giving participants a chance to meet rural Vietnamese living a way of life that has hardly changed for centuries.
