Just Bike Option A - 30km NEW FOR 2010 England

This NEW 30km route as been added to our Just Bike family for 2010. By popular demand we have added a shorter, less challenging route to our exciting one day bike ride event open to charities and individuals, infact anyone who is keen to get on their bike for their chosen charity. Choose the 30km road route which is accessible to all cycling abilities.

Distance
Choose either the 30km road route or the 50km or 100km cross country routes. All are circular and both start and finish at Coate Water Country Park near Swindon. All under 18's must be accompained by an adult no bike seats or trailers for children on adult bikes allowed.
Charity
This charity event is open to all charities. You will be joined by cyclists representing loads of different charities all riding for very different reasons. If you want to raise funds and get your charity’s name out there then join up now. So far over 200 charities have been represented on JUST events. You might also like to know that we have availability set up three key charity partners so if you know a charity that may be interested in being one of these then please do let us know.
Venue
The event will be based at Coate Water Country Park near Swindon. This peaceful park is just 5 minutes from the M5, convenient to the town and on the edge of some of the most glorious and rolling countryside in the country
Routes
Unlike the 50km and 100km routes the 30km route is all on roads, country lanes and cycle paths. Undulating in places the route is varied and enjoyable and goes through some lovely countryside and villages in the Wessex area.
You will also be challenged so good preparation is essential. We will provide you with bike advice, training guidance and kit recommendations. Full event details will be sent to you once you have joined up.
Cost
On Joining Up you are required to pay a fee of £35 per person for the 30km.

Itinerary
08.30 Sign-in closes. All riders will need to gather for the JUST BIKE opening ceremony (with the infamous ATD warm-up!) and then we all start the ride together. 09.10 JUST BIKE 30km route start. 10:30 Big cheers all round as the first expected the first 30km riders back at the start location. Having completed the circuit all riders are congratulated at the finish and receive their Just Biked t-shirt and refreshments. 14:00 This is the time we expect the final 30km cyclists back to Coate Water Country Park for a huge congratulation, refreshments and their well deserved Just Biked t-shirt and refreshments. This is an outline itinerary. Distances and timings are subject to change for logistical or safety reasons. We will keep you constantly updated about any changes.
There is no time limit for any route, these are predicted times. To achieve all of these distance is undoubtedly a huge achievement.
