Who we are

Across the Divide was established in 1997 by Karen and Mark Hannaford in response to a growing need for professionally organised charity treks and corporate challenges.
At the time the standard of charity challenge event management had not evolved very far from its roots in group travel. Across the Divide was able to quickly establish itself due to its attention to detail in the planning stages; the introduction and training of competent salaried medical staff on all of its challenges; with the very latest in radio and satellite communication and a range of innovative and dynamic fundraising solutions.
