So what is an Open Event...?

Are you a smaller charity who wants to see the benefits of an overseas charity adventure, but feels unable to raise enough interest for an event of your own?

Are you an individual or group who want to take part in a challenge of a lifetime, whilst raising funds for the charity of your own choice?

If you answered YES to either of these questions then an open event is perfect for you! Open events are exactly that, events which are open to all individuals, groups and charities.

These events are designed so that you can enter as many or as few people as you like on to one of our events with no financial risk to the Charity of your choice.

One great benefit of these events is that you only need to enter one person, however if you book a group of 15 you will get the 16th place completely free.

Once the person has signed up, as a charity all you need to do is make sure that they raise the minimum sponsorship you require and we will do the rest. We will make sure that they have all the information that they need to prepare for the trip.

Complete the forms and let us take care of the rest. Applications are dealt with directly by us so charities don’t even have to get involved with any of the paperwork.
