Costa Rica trek and raft charity challenge

Our route takes us through typical Costa Rican countryside and lush tropical forests, passing through small farming communities that allow us to gain an insight into the real Costa Rican way of life. Our campsites are situated along the banks of the beautiful Pacuare River and at community centres in small villages along the way. The challenge finishes with a 20km raft down the class III-IV rapids of the Pacuare River through virgin rainforest, cascading waterfalls and river-carved canyons.

This Adventure Challenge has been designed in partnership with The Prince’s Trust Women’s Leadership Group (WLG). The WLG is an innovative fundraising initiative with a dedicated committee of leading, influential women committed to raising funds to help young women get their lives back on track. This Challenge is open to current members and non-members of the WLG.
